   Map

   I write down where information is typed twice, chased by phone or lost, and give you the plan to keep.

   • A phased plan, starting with the part that hurts most

   Steps 1 and 2 are the Floor Study. A short, paid piece of work that ends with a written plan and a quote. It’s yours to keep, whatever you decide.

3. Step 3

   Build

   I build one simple system around your existing routines, in small parts your team can try early.

   • Information entered once and shared with everyone who needs it
   • Each person sees only what their role needs
   • Where a routine already works, the system follows it

4. Step 4

   Train

   I set it up with your team on the floor, so nobody is left figuring it out alone.

   • Your team learns it with me beside them
   • Simple written guides, so new staff can learn it without calling anyone

5. Step 5

   Refine

   We look at what has actually changed day to day, and keep improving it.

   • A fix-it window after launch: anything that isn’t right, I fix
   • Success is judged by what changes on the floor, not by a dashboard

   New changes after that are quoted as new projects, so you always know what you’re paying for.
