Your information, in plain words.

Who I am

This website belongs to Hamza (HamzaSM), who builds custom software for businesses, based in India. You can reach me at hamza@hamzasm.com or on WhatsApp at +91 90191 47726.

The questions on the Home page

Your answers are saved in your browser so the site can remember your choices as you move between pages. You can clear them at any time with “Start again”, or by clearing your browser’s data for this site.

When you finish the questions, or tap a WhatsApp or “Start with a Floor Study” button, a short note is also sent to me: the kind of business, problems and size you picked, which page and button you used, the website that sent you here, and your country. It does not include your name, phone number or IP address, and it does not use cookies. I use it to understand what visitors need and to improve this site.

The contact form

When you press “Continue in WhatsApp”, your name, business and note are saved privately for me, so your message isn’t lost if WhatsApp doesn’t open or you decide not to send it. WhatsApp then opens with your note already typed, and nothing is sent on WhatsApp until you press send there. I use what you write only to reply to you and to discuss your project.

Where it is kept, and for how long

These notes are stored in my own account with Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website. Their servers may be outside India. Only I can see them. They are deleted automatically after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.

Visitor statistics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to hamza@hamzasm.com and I will reply.
